1. Processing Time

All orders are handmade, packaged, and prepared with care.

Processing Time:

2–4 business days
(Does not include weekends or holidays)

During sales, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing may extend to 5–7 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
• Your location
• Package weight
• Carrier rates

Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):
• US Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• US Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
• Local Delivery / Pickup (if available): Options shown at checkout

Please note: delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and not guaranteed.
3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
4. Shipping Carriers

We ship using:
• USPS
• UPS
• FedEx (when needed)

The carrier is automatically chosen based on the fastest and most cost-effective option.

5. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing checkout.

Reauxlentless is not responsible for:
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier
• Lost or stolen packages after delivery

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, email us within 48 hours with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the packaging and products

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
7. International Shipping (Optional — you can remove this if you aren’t offering it yet.)

We currently ship internationally. Delivery times vary by country.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import taxes.
8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After that, your order may already be processing and cannot be canceled.
